LaurieGrace Roberts founded Rethink Results in 2011 to help leaders build stronger results through stronger people. She’s a first-generation college graduate who brings a rare combination: 15 years as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers, executive coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and graduate-level clinical counseling training — including a clinical residency — giving her a therapeutic lens most business consultants don’t bring to leadership work.

Clients describe her as relational, mindful and intentional, data-driven, and honest — she shares her own wins and mishaps.
